ConferenceThe conference will be held in the campus -- more details about registration, etc. can be found in the On Your Arrival page.TrainSwansea railway station is on the main west coast line from London Paddington, less than 3 hours away. Great Western Trains provide the service between South Wales and London Paddington. Travel Information for UK cities to Swansea is available from Railtrack.CarSwansea is well connected via the M4 from London, and M6/M5/M50/M4 from the North. Leave the M4 at Junction 42, and follow the road for about 5 miles. You will pass (on your left) Swansea Docks, Sainsbury's supermarket, the Leisure Centre and Maritime Quarter, the Marriot, County Hall, and (on your right) Tesco and Swansea Rugby Ground. The University is well sign-posted and is located on the right. You will access it by a set of traffic lights just before a pedestrian footbridge.AirThe Wales International Airport near Cardiff is just one hour away, although there is no direct coach to Swansea - you must go via Cardiff. There is a direct National Express coach link from Heathrow and Gatwick airports (for further information see next section).CoachThough not always as fast as trains, coaches provide direct and cheap links.
