Fee Summary

This is just a summary of the fees, when you are ready to register please use the full registration form.

If you are not a member of the Eurographics Association, the registration form processor will automatically add the annual membership fee of £75 to your booking fee.
Student bookings are exempt from this (UK Tax Law) requirement.

If you are claiming the student rate, please note that you must send a supporting letter from your tutor or course supervisor with your cheque/purchase order.

To qualify for the early bird rate you must:

  1. Complete the registration form no later that Tuesday 16th March
  2. Deliver the completed paperwork to the organisers no later than Tuesday 30th March
  3. Ensure the payment is correctly addressed (the address will be on the processed copy of this form)
  4. Ensure the payment is in the name of "Eurographics UK Chapter".

The Speakers' discount of 25% of the two-day conference fee (Standard:£55, Early Bird:£50 and Student:£40) will be automatically taken into account.

Accommodation
Two types of accommodation are available:
Accommodation type: £42 per night, single room with en-suite facilities
£30 per night, single room with wash basin
The second accommodation type above has bathroom and toilet facilities shared among a group of four rooms.
Accommodation nights:
12th (Monday) 13th (Tuesday) 14th (Wednesday)


Additional copies of the proceedings (one copy is included in the conference fee) are available at £25 each.


Payment method: If you wish to pay by purchase order a £10 supplement will be added to the conference fees.
Payments must be made in the name of Eurographics UK Chapter. The postal address will be supplied when you submit this form for processing.


It is possible to book accommodation, social events and lunch in Fitzwilliam College for additions persons. Please use the box provided for such requests making it clear exactly what additional meals and events are being requested. The organisers will contact you with details of the additional costs.
