Wednesday, 10 September - Thursday, 11 September, 2014
University of Leeds, Leeds, United Kingdom
The annual EGUK conference is a meeting place for all those in the UK working in computer graphics and visual computing. It attracts researchers from across the country and from further afield.
In 2014, EGUK is changing its focus: the UK chapter wants to encourage more dialogue between the academic research groups in the UK and between the academic researchers, industrial researchers and industrial users of the research. We are therefore introducing the options of presenting work-in-progress, industrial work, and interim results, in order to facilitate such dialogue.
The 2014 conference will be an overnight meeting (lunchtime to lunchtime) at which academic researchers will present work-in-progress and also fully-fledged research results; at which industrial researchers are invited to present their latest work; and at which discussion can flow about mutually-beneficial applications for research funding from the UK and European governments.
The following awards are available:
Rita Borgo (Swansea University)
Wen Tang (Teesside University)
Hamish Carr (University of Leeds)
A.J. Pretorius (University of Leeds)
We wish to thank our sponsors for their kind donations and support for the conference.
